Catherine Tétreault-Ayotte
Before this work found her, she spent years in corporate executive leadership and human resources — successful by every outward measure, and quietly disconnected from her own life force. The calling that pulled her out of that world didn't arrive as a plan. It arrived as an undeniable pull toward truth, toward the body, toward something her mind couldn't manage its way into.
She has since walked her own initiatory path — training in kundalini dance as embodied alchemy, deepening into ceremonial ritual and ancient feminine wisdom, and building a life devoted to the rising of consciousness in herself and the women she guides.
Today she guides women through Sacred Inner Union work at every depth — always from the same place: that the path back to your power runs through your own body, not around it.
